Career
Badshah’s musical journey began in 2006 with Honey Singh in the band ‘Mafia Mundeer’. His debut rap was in the 2007 song “Soda Whiskey”. He collaborated with Yo Yo Honey Singh on tracks like “Khol Botal” and “Begani Naar”. After his success with “Get Up Jawani” in 2012, he embarked on a solo career. His independently written, composed, and performed song “Saturday Saturday” became a massive hit and was featured in the Bollywood film “Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania”. Subsequent successes include “Kar Gayi Chull” (featured in “Kapoor & Sons”) and many collaborations with prominent Punjabi artists like Gippy Grewal, Diljit Dosanjh, and others.
